Rental Information

All activities must be scheduled through the Joliet Community Center Manager, 406-962-9027.

Hall maximum capacity is 225

Joliet Community Center (JCC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3). The building is maintained through donations, JCC sponsored fundraising events, and rental fees.

A Half Day rental is defined as up to 5 hours. A Full Day rental is defined as over 5 hours.

Funeral Receptions
JCC does not charge for funeral or memorial receptions, however, the hall must be cleaned after the event. The kitchen may be used for serving only, the coffee machine, and beverage dispensers.
Donations are accepted and appreciated.

Non-Profit Organizations

Eligible organizations include community clubs, youth organizations, churches, civic groups, fraternal groups, schools, and other 501(c)(3) organizations. Events may include any public meeting or special event such as a fundraiser or party. The kitchen may be used for serving only, the coffee machine, and beverage dispensers.

* 501(c)(3) organizations may apply for a grant to cover up to half of the rental fee. Organizations may receive one grant per year. Grant applications are included with the rental contract. JCC Board members review all applications. Approval is granted by the Board, not guaranteed, and may depend upon availability of grant funds.

This includes any event generating income for private groups or individuals or businesses such as auctions, sales, garage sales, art & craft sales, business promotion. Any other event for personal, group or business use such as weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, conferences and training are also included in this category. The kitchen may be used for serving only, the coffee machine, and beverage dispensers. No half hall rental options.

Commercial Kitchen

The JCC contains a commercial kitchen that may be rented alone or in conjunction with a hall rental. The kitchen may not be used for production of commercial products for resale. Kitchen rental includes use of the stove, oven, griddle, dishwasher, refrigerator, and cooking utensils. Dishware, including dishes, glassware, silverware, serving dishes and serving cart may be rented for an additional fee.

"Half Day" is up to 4 hours. "Full Day" is up to 8 hours.
